Croatia Rules - Ebay buyer doesn't

I sold the blackberry. Shipped it three weeks ago. The guy has had it for at least 2 1/2 weeks. Now he decides to email me and say that it is scratched and the battery cover doesn't fit.

Guys. It was so not scratched. I have pictures to prove it. I was so mad when I got his email I didn't even know what to say to him. I called PayPal and said "What do you say to a guy who is trying to scam you???" The guy gave me some very diplomatic ideas. Of course, I tossed them out the window and sent this:
That is odd because I have pictures taken the day I shipped it proving that there were no scratches and that the battery case thing fit fine. You have had it for at least two weeks so any problems are obviously caused by you.

Speaking of diplomacy. I lasted 1 1/2 days before I told Marty's uncle that his ideas are ignorant. (Oh yeah. I am a wordsmith.)I'm not going to get in to details (because they are still here. Ha!) but let's just say that 1964 called and they want their opinions back.

My final words to him on the subject were "I am asking you as my houseguest to please stop spewing this crap. We do not believe it, teach it, or want our children to be subjected to it." He later called it a "misunderstanding." Riiiiight.

Last night we were chatting and he mentioned that his mom is Serbian. I said "Oh! I am Croatian!" His reply? "No wonder we don't get along." Yeah. That is totally why.

(For those of you who do not know, that is the Croatian flag. I couldn't think of any other picture to post.)
